I want to ask you a question.

Are you confused like most people are today by all the supplements and pills you’re supposed to take? And they’ve all got difficult names to pronounce and remember. It’s really hard to know when enough is enough.

This is the area where there’s so much confusion. Many people get lost and it becomes really hard to know if you already have what you need. And as I’ve said before, the names are difficult to remember and almost impossible to pronounce!

I’ve read a lot of the research in this area and it’s really easy. Instead of buying one more pill, (one for each antioxidant) – You just need to focus on eating three colours a day.

Sounds simple, right? I’ve changed the old saying that “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” to “Three colours a day keeps the doctor away.”

Three  different fruits or vegetables every single day. They’ll give you exactly what you need without having to learn all those difficult names. Just three different colours each day. And remember, you don’t have to eat the same every day. You can change it from day to day, you even shuold change from day to day.

Two: Eat Three Meals A Day of Real Food

Three meals of healthy food throughout the day to get enough energy for the full day.

Three: One Serving Each Time

Remember to eat ONLY one serving at a time of food EVEN if it’s really delicious! The reason is simple. You don’t want to put on too much weight. Eating more than you need is what’s going to cause you to gain weight and unwanted fat. It’s easy to put on but much harder to get off.

If i’m ever asked – Why do so many people get lost in the jungle of pills and supplements, I realised it was because people never ask for professional guidance. They also don’t follow the three steps I’ve just shared with you. Three fruits/vegetables a day, 3 meals from real food and one serving at a time of healthy food. Simple.
