Before I start…yes….I know what you’re thinking.

‘Why is Dr Annika talking about new year’s resolutions in March?

Well, there’s a very good reason.

I want to start by asking you a question.

How are your new year’s resolution goals going?

Are you on track to achieving them or are you still where you were three months ago?

Maybe you’re still stressed out? Maybe you still feel like a couch potato?

Well today I want to talk to you about new year’s resolutions. And yes, I know it’s not the right time of year. It’s March and if you set any goals, you should be well on your way to achieving them. Or are you?

Most New Year’s Resolutions Die Within 30 Days

You tell yourself that this time’s going to be different. That you’re going to stick to your plans no matter what. And this is where the first problem is….

Most people don’t have a plan that supports them or their goals.

If you’re part of 99% of people who can’t stick to their new year’s resolutions, then it’s time to pick up where you left off. It doesn’t matter that it’s now March. As long as you do something positive that will move you one step closer to your goals.

What did you tell yourself you were going to do?

Maybe it was quitting smoking? And that’s a great resolution by the way. We all know that smoking kills. If you have quit, congratulations!

Maybe you wanted to improve your health and fitness?

There is no better time than now.
