Question: Are you an overworked business leader who doesn’t know where to start when it comes to de-stressing? In fact, you don’t even know if it’s possible.

I’m Doctor Annika and I work with stressed business leaders, just like you, to find the best way to get their life back. The nice and easy life full of fun and happiness each and every day.

In today’s post, I’ve gathered together five of the most common questions I get asked on a daily basis about how to reduce stress from my clients.

Let’s jump right in…

Question One: Is it really possible to get out the hamster wheel?

The short answer? Of course it is! But to get out of the rat race, you’ve got to look at the bigger picture in life and really figure out the specifics. See, there’s so much conflicting and confusing information out there. Should you do this? Should you do that? Whatever you’ve tried in the past hasn’t worked and you’re still in the same place you were 6 months ago. You’re still stressed and you’re still overworked.

So what does ‘look at the whole picture mean?’

It means looking at your mindset and figuring out what you truly want. Once you’ve got that figured out, you must get the energy into your body. Once these internal components are figured out, you can look at the world around you – your job, your money and your family.

The problem is…most people get this mixed up – they try and do everything in reverse and forget all about their body and mind.

Question Two: What’s The Most Important Thing to Change?

This is really easy for me to answer: your mindset is the most important thing you could change. You have to set yourself up so you’re in a position to really want to change. If your mindset is sorted out, everything else simply falls into place.

Question Three: What Should I Eat?

And this is a HUGE question. I mean, there’s so many different diets and food plans out there to choose from. In my opinion, it’s best to eat a variety of food from all different sources. Fresh is always better than processed food too. Make sure you have plenty of colors in your food coming from fresh raw ingredients.

Question Four: Is Walking Four Times a Week Enough?

It depends….It all depends on the person and where abouts you are on your journey. I’d recommend as well as walking 4 times a week that you find time for two exercise workouts where you’re getting your whole body moving. Make sure you have a daily active life.

If your job is sitting behind a computer all day, then you should make sure you stand up and walk around every 30-60 minutes. You could have an alarm set up that reminds you to get away from your desk.

Question Five: If I Start to Forget More Than I Usually Would Because I’m So Stressed Out, What’s The Most Important Thing to Do?

Many people are scared they might have dementia or something similar. If this question relates to you, and you’re a fit and healthy human, I suggest you find some time to rejuvenate and recharge. It might be that you need the next few hours to relax or the whole day. It may even be the next five days you spend resting!

The worse your situation, the longer it will take for you to recharge and get back to full health. If you’re still having problems (after resting for over a week), you may want to look deeper into this.

Do any of these five questions relate to you and your life? If so, you should check out my free worksheet for more great resources and tools to begin ‘de-stressing’ your life today. It’s easy and simple to get started.

To your success and keep smiling!
