Have you ever been stressed out or maxed out or maybe even on the verge to burnt out? You feel stuck in the Hamster Wheel and can’t see the way out. It just goes on and on. Is it even possible to get out?

A few years ago I would have agreed with you. I was losing my spark and happiness from all the stress in my life as a family doctor. Work, husband, kids, household work – I just felt an endless amount of “must do” and “should do” that I couldn’t handle. Life was not fun anymore and I was heading towards depression.

I studied stress management and found lots of good tools but they all just solved a small part of my situation, they didn’t take me out of the Rat Race.

Until I could put all the pieces together and see a clear pattern.

I figured out it is a process and you have to have all parts to be successful.

I have also used the exact same knowledge to help many stressed out Lady Leaders, just like you, to become calm and happy and prosperous in their leadership and in the end see their businesses and workplaces grow.

Let me show you what I did:

There are three parts to this process, I call it: Dr Annika´s Brain, Body & Base System:

  1. Help your BRAIN find the motivation. You need to get to know who you really are and get your mindset set on what you really want.
  2. Get your BODY in shape to get the energy to do this long-term work. It is about Food, Physical Activity and last but not least about Sleep. This is the basis of your physical health and if you do a lousy job here you will be drained of your energy.
  3. When you have your BRAIN set for success and have your BODY generating enough energy it is time for the third step, the BASE. That is all the things in the world around you, like Job, Money, Network, Intimacy/(Family), Free Time and Status. You need to do an inventory in each of those parts of life and look for things that needs to be changed.

Most people say it is not possible to change, it is not in their power. But I know there are ways out, but they don’t always look the way you imagine.

Look at me, I am living proof it is possible. Today I have gone from being a stressed out doctor, heading for depression to a stress free and happy doctor loving my job. You can do the same, you can be a happy and prosperous business leader enjoying every day at work. How does that sound?

Don’t wait getting started because for each day you go on being stressed out you lose a good day of your life. And the risk for serious disease increases the longer you go with too high levels of your stress hormones and I am sure you don’t want that.

To summarize you need to do changes in all three parts of the BRAIN, BODY & BASE System to get out of overwhelm and distress. And don’t give up! If you find it hard to do all alone it is a good idea to ask for help.
