How to master stress and live the permanent good life

Today I want to talk about something really close to my heart.

It’s the problem with why so many people get stressed out – they even get sick from it.

Even though we know there’s so many solutions out there, it’s still one of the fastest growing diseases in the world today.

I’ve been looking at what my clients do to overcome stress as well as reading the magazines and watching tv. And what I’ve found is that most of these people only think about quick short term fixes. Everything seems so easy, you follow what the ‘experts’ say but see no difference in your life or stress levels.

They’re still living in the rat race.

They’re still running round in circles on the hamster wheel of work all the time.

They never find a permanent solution.

The permanent good life where they can have free time to spend with their loved ones and embrace that happiness in the workplace and not have to worry about short term fixes and redoing all of your hard work.

I’ve been there myself.

I used to look at all the short term fixes to reducing my stress but nothing ever made me ‘truly’ happy. I took some time to reflect what it was all about and why I was getting so overwhelmed in my life. When I looked back, I figured out how to join the dots and find the solution.

The first part is to look at the bigger picture.

You have to look at everything at the same time then you can do what you need to do to move you towards the permanent good life.

From my research on this subject, I figured out how to get the motivation to move me towards my goal.

The second part is looking at your body.

Asking the questions about your health and whether or not you’ve got the energy to change what you need to in order to live the permanent good life. Once all this is in place, you can look at the base of your life which is all the stuff on the outside…

  • Money
  • Work
  • Friends & Family and more

You have to look at your whole situation and think about which parts really want to change.

Some people might be in a good place right now whereas others will need radical change. When you’ve got the correct mindset, you’ve got the energy to start taking action and making changes.

To Live A Stress Free Life, You Must Look At The Bigger Picture.

To summarise today…

  1. Set your mindset to wanting reduce stress
  2. Get your body fit to get the energy to change.
  3. Where do you want to be? How does the permanent good life look for you? Look at the base of your life and everything outside your mind.

Begin with little steps changing things one by one.
