Making a lifestyle change is challenging.
Especially when you want to transform more than one thing at once. They require time and sometimes support. But the most difficult part about making a lifestyle change (that sticks) is committing and following through.
In today’s article, I want to show you how it’s possible for business leaders to make lifestyle changes that will last. And once you understand the process, it becomes really easy. Let me explain…
Question: Are you an overworked business leader who doesn’t know where to start when it comes to de-stressing? In fact, you don’t even know if it’s possible.
I’m Doctor Annika and I work with stressed business leaders, just like you, to find the best way to get their life back. The nice and easy life full of fun and happiness each and every day.
In today’s post, I’ve gathered together five of the most common questions I get asked on a daily basis about how to reduce stress from my clients.
Let’s jump right in…
Question One: Is it really possible to get out the hamster wheel?
Life can sometimes feel like a constant rat race with the feeling of having no idea how you’re going to get out of it.
Today, I want to share a story of how you can escape the rat race. It’s a story of how I escaped it by finally seeing the bigger picture. But before I share my own story, let me tell you why I don’t talk about my clients all the time like you’d expect me to do…
I promise my clients that I’ll never share their stories.
Ever feel like you’re stuck on the hamster wheel of life?
Maybe you feel stressed to the max and cannot seem to escape the Rat Race?
You’re doing the same things, day in, day out and nothing feels fun anymore.
You feel tired and run down.
All you want is more time. You want more time to do a better job with your life.
How to master stress and live the permanent good life
Today I want to talk about something really close to my heart.
It’s the problem with why so many people get stressed out – they even get sick from it.
Even though we know there’s so many solutions out there, it’s still one of the fastest growing diseases in the world today.
Are you avoiding something in life you believe may help you out but you’re afraid to try it because it’s something new?
Even though you hear from many people, it’s something great, you still believe differently….
I’ve been like that for decades.
I’ve avoided meditation until now. I used to see it as something scary. Until I started using the practices daily in my life then everything changed.
Are you a frequent traveller?
Always travelling from place to place feeling stressed and wondering if you’ve packed the right clothes in your suitcase?
I was at a conference in Iceland last weekend and thought about this. The constant fear of not having what you need and knowing exactly where it is…but at home.
All you long for is to have this fixed so you always have it. I can tell you now, with a little planning, this is possible. Let me tell you what my client Laura did and you can do exactly the same.
WOW, I just realized when I woke up this morning that I celebrate 10, yes 10 years in business – today!
It has been 10 fun years, 10 years of ups and downs, 10 years of connecting with new amazing people, including you reading this post. And I want to give you a good offer to celebrate this day – hang on to the end of this blog post to get the details.
Let me just give you a quick flashback on how this all started. I was working as family doctor in a health care clinic in southern Sweden. I loved my job meeting all different kinds of people with all kinds of problems. I got to hear stories never told before and I learned a lot about mankind.
Have you ever been stressed out or maxed out or maybe even on the verge to burnt out? You feel stuck in the Hamster Wheel and can’t see the way out. It just goes on and on. Is it even possible to get out?
A few years ago I would have agreed with you. I was losing my spark and happiness from all the stress in my life as a family doctor. Work, husband, kids, household work – I just felt an endless amount of “must do” and “should do” that I couldn’t handle. Life was not fun anymore and I was heading towards depression.
Today I want to talk about money.
Do you feel like you’ve got control of your money?
If you do then you’re part of the small percentage of people who do. Most people don’t have any control. Most people don’t have any idea what comes in and what goes out. Money seems to drift from one place to another with no control what so ever.
