WOW, I just realized when I woke up this morning that I celebrate 10, yes 10 years in business – today!

Let me just give you a quick flashback on how this all started. I was working as family doctor in a health care clinic in southern Sweden. I loved my job meeting all different kinds of people with all kinds of problems. I got to hear stories never told before and I learned a lot about mankind.

A few years ago I would have agreed with you. I was losing my spark and happiness from all the stress in my life as a family doctor. Work, husband, kids, household work – I just felt an endless amount of “must do” and “should do” that I couldn’t handle. Life was not fun anymore and I was heading towards depression.
Today I want to talk about money.
Do you feel like you’ve got control of your money?
If you do then you’re part of the small percentage of people who do. Most people don’t have any control. Most people don’t have any idea what comes in and what goes out. Money seems to drift from one place to another with no control what so ever.
Have you ever decided to make any New Year’s resolutions and always find them hard to stick to?
Everyone else seems to be able to stick to their goals, but not me. Why? Another year passes by and I’m still stuck in the same rat race. I want to escape the stress that’s chasing me – what should I do?
My name’s Doctor Annika and I work with eradicating stress issues. My mentoring client, Monika, used to say the same thing. Is it possible to get rid of ALL my stress? Thankfully for Monika, I helped her find the answer. She’s a middle manager and felt squeezed from every corner of life. Even though, last year on New Year’s Eve, she promised herself she was going to reduce her stress. She told herself ‘next year was going to be different.’
Let me share a technique that I showed Monika. I call it the triangle of calm.

Do you get tired hearing about running, workouts and all the things you should be doing? Even though you already know you should be doing those things
The Mirror tells you, you should. The press is full of pictures of slim and fit young people (and a couple of older people too) and you just want to scream: “THIS IS NOT ME. I just feel old and tired and I know I should be doing something. But how?”
