WOW, I just realized when I woke up this morning that I celebrate 10, yes 10 years in business – today!
It has been 10 fun years, 10 years of ups and downs, 10 years of connecting with new amazing people, including you reading this post. And I want to give you a good offer to celebrate this day – hang on to the end of this blog post to get the details.
Let me just give you a quick flashback on how this all started. I was working as family doctor in a health care clinic in southern Sweden. I loved my job meeting all different kinds of people with all kinds of problems. I got to hear stories never told before and I learned a lot about mankind.
Dr Annika here,
Have you ever wondered why so many business leaders struggle with their sleep? Are you like many other lady business leaders who get up every morning and feel so tired and don’t have any energy?
You’ve been awake half the night thinking about work and all those deadlines you’ve got to meet. Maybe some of your employees don’t do their work and sometimes you even do their work for them just so it gets completed on time!
In part one, we met Johanna, a slightly overweight, stressed and overwhelmed lady who was struggling to reclaim her energy. Through the advice I gave her ,she’d reached a point of success which motivated her to even further progress by aiming for these three goals:
Do you get tired hearing about running, workouts and all the things you should be doing? Even though you already know you should be doing those things
The Mirror tells you, you should. The press is full of pictures of slim and fit young people (and a couple of older people too) and you just want to scream: “THIS IS NOT ME. I just feel old and tired and I know I should be doing something. But how?”
Hi there, Dr Annika here again.
This is part two of the article where I’m going to show you exactly how to improve your diet and lifestyle in just three easy steps.
If you remember, we were talking about one of my clients, Lisa. Her self-sabotage was really working hard trying to save her from the change (read about it here).
Are you tired of all the confusion with all the diets out there? Does food really have to be this complicated?
Well the answer is both yes and no…
In the previous post I introduced you to Linda and her 5 colleagues. They were clients of mine that desperately needed to reduce their stress levels and regain focus inside their corporation.
They had tried to hire organizational consultants, but this only made their stress worse. To deal with stress and overwhelm, we must look at the whole picture – and at the people themselves, not only what tasks they are doing.
To get out of overwhelm can be really easy,
if you just know how.
Have you ever wondered why some people can handle stress and overwhelm so well…even though you feel it’s killing you?
Do you ask, “How do I end up these stressful situations? And how do I get out?”
If so, please read on.
A little bit of stress is part of normal life. Here I talk about what happens in your body and mind when you stress too much. After reading this you might even want to do something about it.
Unlimited stress leads to disease. That is the inevitable worst case scenario. You need to run as fast as you can in the other direction, into calm.
Well into mid-February we are in the midst of the most infectious period of the year (talking about the northern hemisphere of the globe). February is the month with the far most parental sick leave to take care of their infected kids (yes, we do have a very generous parental leave system in Sweden).
Today I want to talk about how you can get thru this period without catching all these colds and flues of different kinds. There are two different aspects on this issue ……..
